Here is a little roundup of my skincare MUST-HAVES that I swear by. I use all of these products and only like to refer products or brands that I personally use, have used or believe in. The great thing, is some of these items will come in mini/travel size so if you don’t want to commit to a full size, you can try it out.

Here’s some of my favorites for real life that keep me feeling beautiful and great for auditions. And for reference, I tend to be dry /combination and sensitive more than oily so these are products that have worked for my dry/combo and sensitive skin.

Skincare Must Haves

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser

This its my go-to cleanserThe giant bottle will last me about a year. I also get the travel size to bring with me for little weekend trips. It’s gentle, cleanses and does not over dry my skin regardless if it’s summer or winter. I use this year round and my skin feels clean and conditioned.

Kate Sommervile Exfolikate

This cleanser I love whenever I have a special event or an audition. You can feel this gently getting rid of those top dead layers of skin. This is recommended for all skintypes and it addresses my pores and any oily tendencies I may have during the summer. This one is great, gentle and not too abrasive on my sensitive skin.

Dr. Dennis Gross Daily Exfoliating Kit Alpha Beta Ultra Gentle Daily Peel for Sensitive Skin

So my sister got this for me for my birthday, and I know I say I swear by this and that, but also, this peel is phenomenal. I’m too scared to get a chemical peel becucase I live in the world that the moment I get one, I’ll have the biggest audition of my life (aren’t they all) and then I’ll be a shedding like snake for a week. SO THIS IS A GREAT ALTERNATIVE. It leaves my skin fresh, new, and amazing. It’s ideal for sensitive skin and the lactic and salicylic acid combat dryness (I live in a desert) and help refine pores. Big fan.

Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Oil

If you get one thing during the sale, this is it. This one is worth it. Whichever size you get, it’s worth it. This oil is legitimately magic in a bottle. It plumps and soothes so intensely and smells absolutely divine. It infuses your skin with pure essential oils (read: massive hydration) like Lavender and Evening Primrose. It claims (and I can attest to the results) that it visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines, pores and when I wake, my skin is absolutely radiant. Out of all of the items on the list, this is my one I cannot live with out. It’s so light and so effective, absorbs quickly and is great for all skin types. And when you just need two to three drops to press into your skin at night, it lasts a long time. I cannot repeat this more: THIS ONE IS WORTH IT.

Keihls Creamy Avocado Eye Treatment

I’ve used this in the past and it’s a really nice all-day hydrating eye cream that improves the appearance of dark circle sand fine lines. When you get into your twenties, you’ll definitely want to start using an eye cream for a little extra prevention.

Dr. Perricone Plasma + Eye

Now this one I have been using in combination with microneedler and my LED Light therapy and am seeing resultzzz. It is a little pricey, but your eyes are what we see now when we wear masks all day… sooo… I think it’s worth it. I use this at night and have been seeing a result with reduction of fine lines and feel it’s helping my dark circles. However, sleep and hydration is really the only thing that helps my under eye circles, but see a difference with this.

Dr. Perricone Cold Plasma Cream

I ‘ve been using this at least every other night. The Advanced Serum Concentrate helps with redness, dullness, fine lines, pores, firmness and so much more. This one has a “liquid dcrystal delivery system” which reults in stronger penetration of the product. This is a splurge, but so worth it and especially since you can get the discount.

Lighstim LED Light therapy

I cannot tell you how much I love this LED lightwand. You would think I work for them, but this is just an authentic fan. Right now, it’s on sale for $249 from $349, so you’ll want to take advantage of it and your additional discount. This little lightwand is more like a magic wand that will take you back in time. Think more even skin tone, bye bye wrinkles and fine lines (especially on my forehead) and even helping my scars on my leg (and my sprained ankle!). The benefits of LED Red Light therapy are absolutely magical. It stimulates collagen production within your body to create new, plump, happy skin. Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Balm Treatment

So since we’ve gotten you perfect and poreless skin, a wrinkle free forehead and bright under eyes, we can’t forget about your pout. Did you know, our lips are the first sign of dehydration? Castaway anyone? Not cute, trust me, I’ve been there. When we sleep, our body is working hard to regenerate itself and it’s using a lot of water so we actually end becoming slightly dehydrated while we sleep. So we can’t forget about our lips! I like the Fresh advanced lip therapy for night time and keep this and a few other lip products by my nightstand and the small tinted balm in my purse.
